Subscription Payment Policy
**Effective date is the completed payment processing date :**
**1. Introduction**
This Subscription Payment Policy governs the terms and conditions for the audio and video release digital music distribution service provided by DONQUEL’s Music Distribution. By subscribing to our customer, fully responsible, non-refundable plan, you acknowledge your compliance with the provisions outlined herein.
**2. Subscription Overview**
• The Unlimited Audio/Video Release Plan enables artists and labels to distribute a quantity of music and video content to supported digital service providers (DSPs) for a 12-month period.

**3. Payment Terms**
• The subscription fee for the Audio/Video Release Plan is per annum, payable in full upon purchase. Payments can be made through the following accepted payment methods:

• - Credit/Debit Card
• - PayPal
• - Bank Transfer (if applicable)
• - And any other payment service DONQUEL’s Music Distribution provides the fully responsible client.
• **4. Subscription Renewal**
• Subscriptions do not automatically renew. To continue distribution services, you must manually renew your plan prior to the expiration date.
• **Failure to Renew**
• Subscribers are responsible for renewing their subscriptions before the expiration date. Failure to do so may result in the removal of your content from distribution services (DSPs).
• Renewal pricing is subject to change, and subscribers will be notified in advance of any price adjustments.
• Client Audio/Video will stay up giving DONQUEL’s Music Distribution of all earnings the Client account makes while the client isn’t on a renewal subscribed if not manually taken down or off the platform.
**No Refund Policy**
• All sales are final. DONQUEL’s Music Distribution does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of whether you:
• * Cease using the service before the end of the 12-month period
• * Have your music or video content removed due to violations of DSP policies or copyright claims
• * Choose not to renew your subscription

**Account & Subscription Management**
• Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate account and payment information. Any updates to these details must be made before the renewal period. If your payment fails, your subscription may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
**Content Distribution & Compliance**
• Content submitted for distribution must comply with DONQUEL’s Music Distribution guidelines and DSP policies. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates copyright laws, contains fraudulent activity, or breaches DSP terms. No refunds will be issued for content removed due to policy violations.
**Payment Disputes & Chargebacks**
• Any disputes regarding subscription payments the client will have to contact the payment processing company owner directly and take responsibility and control for their account and only their account that the client use for payment must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction date. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
• **If a chargeback is filed, your subscription will be terminated, and you will no longer be eligible to distribute content through DONQUEL’s Music Distribution.**
**Policy Updates & Amendments**
• DONQUEL’s Music Distribution reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated via email or through your account dashboard.
• Continued use of the service after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
