Subscription Payment Policy
This Subscription Payment Policy explains how payments work for DONQUEL'S MUSIC DISTRIBUTION subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to the terms on this page.
The subscription is an Unlimited Audio/Video Release Plan. Each subscription period runs for 12 months from the start date of the plan.
Payments are accepted by card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment is due in full for the subscription period as stated at sign-up.
There is no auto-renew. Subscriptions must be renewed manually before the end of the 12-month period. If a subscription is not renewed, the subscription ends and distributed content may be removed — renew on time to keep your releases live.
All sales are final. No refunds are given on subscription payments.
Subscribers are responsible for keeping their account information current and for managing their subscription, including renewal before the period ends.
All content submitted for distribution must comply with the rules of the distribution platforms and with applicable law. Content that does not comply may be refused or removed.
Payment disputes must be raised within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback will result in termination of the subscription and account.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version and applies to all subscribers.
